Enjoy an hors d’oeuvres reception at 6:30 p.m. followed by a four- course dinner with beer pairings from The Brooklyn Brewery in Brooklyn, New York. Guest presenter Garrett Oliver, Brewmaster, will share his expertise for pairing flavorful beers with great food, as we enjoy Chef Anthony Gray’s special event menu.

Oliver is considered one of the country’s leaders in brewing techniques, and he has been recognized on numerous television shows, in Gourmet, The New York Times, and more.
