“Enoteca - Fine Wine & Beer” posted a nice-looking recipe that uses bock beers as an ingredient. And the recipe is called Bock Bock Bock Chicken, which pretty much can’t be beat in terms of the name. One nice thing about this recipe is that you don’t have to break the bank finding obscure and exotic ingredients.
