For our first beer dinner at Frederick’s newest craft beer bar, Roasthouse Pub, Chef Kevin put together a fantastic five-course menu paired with five of your favorite Flying Dog brews. Here’s a look at the menu to tempt and tease. Read on and then join us on Tuesday, December 6:
First Course: Baked oysters paired with Pearl Necklace Oyster Stout
Second Course: Polenta chili bowl served with sour cream and queso fresco paired with Doggie Style Classic Pale Ale
Third Course: Au jus-braised short ribs with leek puree and wild rice mushroom stuffing paired with our K-9 Cruiser Winter Ale
Fourth Course: Pepperoni-, ground pork-, and chorizo-stuffed cabbage paired with Raging Bitch Belgian-Style IPA
Dessert: Baked apple stuffed with mascarpone, cream cheese, and dried blueberries paired with Barrel-Aged Gonzo Imperial Porter
Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm and is $60 per person (tax and gratuity included). Reservations are required and can be made at the Pub or by calling Roasthouse at 301-418-6098.
